Usage and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of analyses. An analysis is one generated study, output, or synthesis. Allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Premier: 40 analyses per month.
- Advanced: 60 analyses per month.
- Teams: 180 analyses per month, shared across up to 5 seats.
Only completed analyses count toward your allowance; a failed analysis is not counted. If you reach your allowance before the cycle ends, you can upgrade your plan and continue right away.
Fair use. These allowances are generous for normal study and preaching preparation. Accounts are personal and for individual ministry use; they may not be shared, resold, or used to generate material in bulk for redistribution. We may throttle or suspend accounts whose usage is automated or far outside normal patterns.
Free trial. New accounts receive a 4-day free pass with no credit card required: up to 4 analyses and a limited amount of sermon building, enough to get a genuine feel for The Pastor’s Research Assistant. The free trial is for individual use, one per person, and is limited per network. It is not available for the Teams plan. When the pass ends, a subscription is required to continue.
Questions
What is an "analysis"?
Each time you run the The Pastor’s Research Assistant pipeline on a passage, generating an exegesis, a sermon, a lecture, or any other output, that counts as one analysis. The Sermon Coach stages do not count individually; the final output counts as one analysis.
Does The Pastor’s Research Assistant write the sermon for me?
The Pastor’s Research Assistant can generate a complete sermon manuscript through the Study (Full Production mode). The Sermon Coach does something different; it walks you through building your own sermon step by step, with scholarly support at each stage. The Sermon Coach output is yours in a way that generated content is not.
How does the free pass work?

Is my data private?
Yes. Your analyses, sermons, and workspace content are private to your account. We do not share your work with other users or use it to train AI systems.
