What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and payment information when you subscribe. We store the analyses, sermons, and workshop content you create within The Pastor’s Research Assistant. We collect usage data to enforce subscription limits and improve the platform. For abuse prevention, we also record the network IP address associated with account creation and free-trial use; it is retained for up to 90 days, used solely to protect the free trial, and is never used for advertising or sold.
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide and improve The Pastor’s Research Assistant's services, process payments, send account-related communications, and enforce subscription terms. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your analyses or sermons to train AI models.
AI processing
The Pastor’s Research Assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. When you run an analysis, your passage and configuration are sent to our AI provider for processing. We do not disclose which AI platform powers The Pastor’s Research Assistant. Your inputs are processed according to our AI provider's privacy terms and are not used for model training.
Data retention
Your analyses and sermons are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. On account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card details.
